Foil Components: Customization and Performance
Monobloc Construction
Indiana’s 2025 foil lineup features an innovative Monobloc construction, which represents a significant advancement in foil design. This construction method integrates the front wing and half of the fuselage into a single, rigid unit, enhancing performance, stability, and responsiveness. The one-piece design reduces flex and improves energy transfer, allowing riders to achieve greater speeds and more controlled turns. The Marlin, Condor, and Barracuda frontwing ranges are available in this monobloc construction.

The wing features a medium/high aspect ratio of 7.3, offering a perfect balance of speed and agility. With a Gulwing shape and 8° anhedral, transitioning to a slight upturn on the tips, the Le Doigt wing powers through turns while resisting ventilation. This makes it ideal for carving, surfing, and downwind sessions.
Masts
Indiana Paddle Surf & Co offers a range of masts designed to meet the highest standards of performance, strength, and durability. From cutting-edge carbon fiber technology to more budget-friendly aluminum options, these masts cater to every level of rider, ensuring optimal connection between the board and the foil.
Drive: The Drive Mast is Indiana’s newest high modulus carbon fiber mast, available in 75 cm and 85 cm lengths. It sets a new standard in stiffness and strength, providing game-changing ride characteristics. Whether you’re carving on a wave or pumping downwind, the Drive Mast delivers an unparalleled connection between your board and foil. Its one-piece design eliminates flow disruptions and jointing issues found in multi-part masts, while the thicker taper near the baseplate handles maximum loads effectively. This ensures integrity and performance, even under high-stress conditions.
Lightning: At 85 cm and only 1.3 kg, the Lightning Mast is the lightest production mast on the market. Manufactured in Kosovo by Swiss carbon specialist Carbolink, this high-end mast offers exceptional maneuverability and a more direct ride. With a thin 14 mm profile, it boasts high speed potential and excellent stability. Its design resists ventilation, providing smooth and worry-free rides even under high loads. The Lightning mast is made from high modulus carbon fiber and produced in an autoclave, offering superior strength-to-weight ratio and durability. It is fully compatible with all Indiana HP and Monobloc front wings and fuselages.
HP LW: The HP LW Mast (72 cm and 85 cm) is designed with a unique 18 mm “bullet nose” profile that ensures optimal laminar flow and great flexional and torsional stiffness. This design helps prevent ventilation, making it ideal for sharp turns and choppy water conditions. Produced by Swiss company Carbolink, well-known for their high-end carbon products used in Formula 1 and America’s Cup, the HP LW mast provides top-tier performance.
HP LD: The HP LD Mast (72 cm to 95 cm) is designed for low drag performance with a 16 mm “bullet nose” profile. Made from high modulus Toray carbon, it offers excellent flexional and torsional stiffness, ensuring smooth laminar flow at all angles of attack. The LD mast’s design also prevents ventilation during sharp turns and in rough water, making it a versatile choice for high-performance riders.
Aluminum: Available in lengths ranging from 50 cm to 105 cm, Indiana’s Aluminum Mast is made from T6 6061 aluminum using extrusion and anodizing production techniques. This mast offers a more budget-friendly option without sacrificing durability or performance, making it ideal for riders seeking a cost-effective yet reliable foil mast.
Fuselages
Indiana Paddle Surf & Co offers a range of fuselages designed to enhance the performance, durability, and connection between the foil components. These fuselages, available in both carbon and aluminum, provide stiff, strong connections and minimal drag, ensuring an optimal foiling experience.

There is also a Heavy Duty (HD) aluminum version of the 610mm and 715mm fuselages, designed to withstand high loads while maintaining streamlined performance and robust connections to the front wing, mast, and stabilizer.
Monobloc Tail: The Monobloc Tail fuselage is a key component of Indiana’s Monobloc carbon front wings. This tail connects with the front wing just behind the mast slot, in an area where the loads are reduced, yet the shape ensures a strong and stiff connection. The Monobloc Tail features two stabilizer positions, allowing riders to adjust the stability of the foil to their preference. It is available in two sizes, offering flexibility for different riding styles and conditions.
