Today’s guest on our podcast is the SUP World Champ Fiona Wylde. From Hood River Oregon, she travels the world competing on the APP World Tour. She was diagnosed Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 18 and is now promoting awareness about it through social media and awareness events.

In today’s interview, Fiona Wylde is telling us how she is preparing for the 2024 OLYMPIC WINDSURFING (and foiling is part of it). She also talkS about the way she got into foiling with stand up paddle downwind and windsurf foiling, as well as the most important things to do when you want to have fun with that new sport.
