Copa Kitley GWA Wingfoil World Cup Brazil: teaser of the 2022 Final round!

8th November 2022

Tagged: ,

The fifth and final event of the GWA Wingfoil World Tour season is at Taiba, in Brazil, from 16 to 20th November. Both Surf-Freestyle and Surf-Slalom disciplines will run. Only Paula Novotna has sealed the deal on the women’s Surf-Freestyle world title, so there’s still much to decide in the 2022 championships!

If Paula Novotna is already crowned world champion, there will still be battle for the women’s Surf-Freestyle podium with Nia Suardiaz, Flora Artzner and Orane Ceris. On the men’s side, everything remains to be decided between Gollito Estredo, Balz Muller (currently second but unfortunately not present in Taiba due to injury), Malo GuĂ©nolĂ© and Christopher MacDonald.

On the Surf-Slalom discipline, Titouan Galea and Flora Artzner are still in the lead, followed by Francesco Cappuzzo, Camille Bouyer, Nia Suardiaz and Paula Novotna.

This final GWA stop of 2022 therefore promises a great show on the water! You can follow the event livestream, heat ladders and more on the official event page when it begins.
